At teknics, responding to our customers’ demands, we have incorporated a support services team of specialist technicians in order to offer the best service to our customers, reducing downtime and ensuring the safety and operability of our equipment at all times.

Monday to Saturday ,
from 6 am to 10 pm

Our technical support services include, among others:

Remote diagnosis. Remote Internet connection, diagnosis and solution of most incidents.

Preventive maintenance programs. Visits by trained personnel to adjust machinery and give advice.

Supply of mechanical and electrical spare parts and other components. Supply of consumables and raw materials when needed.

Visits to check the condition of the facilities.

Support and assistance when the new lines are starting production.

Re-engineering of existing lines to improve their performance.

Optimization of machines and processes.

CE certification of old machines by modernizing them and ensuring they comply with the standard.

Training programs for teknics machines.
